When will my order arrive?
When you place your order online, you are indicated delivery dates. Between the dates indicated you will receive your order.

The fulfillment of these dates only applies if all the files have been sent correctly (have been approved) and the payment has been received correctly. We can not launch orders with files that do not meet the shipping specifications or orders that have not been paid. As soon as you send us your correct design files and make the payment, we will send your order to production. To avoid delays, make sure that your files meet the conditions required in the product file and the template.

What time will my order arrive?

So far we can not determine exactly the time of each delivery. It depends on the routes of the mail and courier services.

For example, if the courier starts the route at a point near your delivery address, you will probably receive the package in the morning. But if it starts far from your address, you will receive it in the afternoon. The couriers and couriers operate between 09:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

What happens to my delivery if I'm not at home or the office?

If you are not at home or in the office, the courier will leave a delivery note with a special "absence" code. With the code indicated in the note you can call the messenger and indicate your tracking number to know if they will take your package to a collection point or if you can schedule a next delivery on the following day, at the address that suits you best .

Can I receive the order at a different address than mine?

Of course! If the order is not for you or you will not be at home to receive it, you can communicate a new address during the purchase process.

Which days are deliveries made?

At Publitony we deliver all orders only on weekdays from Monday to Friday, so if you are waiting for your package between Friday and Monday and your package has not arrived on Friday, the delivery date will be Monday, as on no shipments or deliveries are made.

What happens if my delivery is late?

If this happens you should call customer service to solve it as soon as possible. You can call 911 333 259 or send an email to our team at [email protected] Our team will inform you of what happens with your order, and we will do our best to get it delivered in the shortest time possible.

If the delay is due to some failure of ours, we will compensate you as it is due;)

How much do you charge for delivery?

Here at Publitony, all deliveries are free of charge.

Is it possible to modify or cancel an order?

It can be done only in the case that it is not "In process", the state can control it in your personal area in the section orders placed. If you have selected as payment method (Credit card or Paypal) you can cancel the order before having made the payment. For other forms of payment it is not possible to cancel the order.
